Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Sushi Choushimaru Hiyoshi

One of the best sushi I’ve ever had (as a foreigner). A lot of the fish had ‘melt in your mouth’ textures and the food came out quick. Fish soup was also delicious and they have English menu!

Very good sushi restaurant, the fish is fresh, sweet and smooth! The price is affordable, and free fish bone miso soup is also provided at noon on weekdays!

personally much better than some of the expensive “high-class” sushi restaurants out there.
