Kura Sushi is a great place for everyone. Every plate is 100¥, unless shown on the menu. This one uses a touchscreen to order that is very simple to use. When you are finished with your plate, you can either keep it or place it in a slot to play a little game. For every 5 plates added, you have a chance to win a little prize (many times they are little phone charms). They differ depending on the store, so your mileage may very. Sushi is not the only thing on the menu. It does change seasonally, but most of the time there is some sort of ramen, eel, or soup that you can order. These would not be 100¥ but not to expensive.
