Excellent love the sushi 🍣

The shop is lively, Mr. Itamae is very pleasant, and the sushi is excellent. When I have sushi, I always go to Gatten Sushi. Holiday nights are always crowded, so we recommend making a reservation before visiting.

Today was a weekday, so I went to Degaten Sushi for lunch as they were serving Arajiru soup (*^^*) They also had pickled tuna and sea urchin gunkan, which was ranked #1 on the recent TV show Job Tune. So I got the daily lunch special! ! The first bite I had was the scallops, and they were sweet, fluffy, and melty! ! The sea bream felt fresh, the red shrimp was plump and sweet, the conger eel was fluffy and soft, and the sweet sauce was delicious, and the egg roll was sweet and delicious. The sea urchin had no odor and had a mild texture and was delicious (*^^*) I love sushi, so I'm grateful to be able to enjoy this flavor at this price in Saitama, which doesn't have access to the sea. I thought the amount would be enough, but I was full just from this set (^^) Oh, and the soup was delicious too! The customer service from the staff was also good. Thank you for the meal♪
