I've been going to this restaurant for many years (although recently it's been a while), and all of the menu items are very attractive.The one I often order is ``Kishimen'', and the ``Takana and Shirasu'' that I didn't have before. I thought that ``Rice'' was a new menu item, so I ordered it. ``Kishimen'' is a menu item that is as easy to eat as it was in the past. I felt that the ``Takana and whitebait rice'' had a mellow texture and a very gentle taste. I used to go to this store when I was very young, but even now that I'm middle-aged, I still feel that this store is truly precious. I think the fact that the price is reasonable also makes it highly rated. Also, although it is not listed in the recommended dishes, the ``Stewed Udon'' is delicious. This is a unique feature of this restaurant, but when most people call stewed udon ``Nikomi udon,'' they call it ``Nigomi udon,'' so I still wonder if it has any roots.

On that day, after touring historical sites in the Sekigahara area with my younger brother, I visited for a slightly late lunch. I didn't know about it, but my younger brother, who frequents the restaurant, told me that I had "chilled tanuki soba," a local soba from Gifu. It seems like it usually comes out right away, but the time was off, so maybe it was freshly boiled? It took a little time, but I enjoyed the firm and chewy texture. There are many shops in Gifu that sell chilled tanuki soba. Especially recently, there seems to be a bit of a boom, and new stores seem to be opening more and more. But what is actually really delicious is the chilled tanuki at Sarashina in front of the prefectural office. And it's cheap! It's a very popular restaurant, so it gets crowded at lunchtime with lines forming, but the restaurant is open all day with no breaks, so if you shift your lunch time slightly, you can get a seat without having to wait. happy! Chilled tanuki soba It's enough volume even if it's an average size. I can't stand it Stir the wasabi in a thick soup, mix it evenly with the noodles, add the green onions and the slightly soggy tempura, and put the soba noodles in your mouth.When you chew and taste the noodles, dopamine is released in your brain. It comes out loud Euphoria! I highly recommend the green onion topping. No matter how much it is, it won't get in the way (lol) The fried rice is also very delicious as it has just the right amount of seasoning and is not too sweet. Fried tofu You can enjoy the original warm and rich flavor. Shrimp tempura (large size) is also delicious. Plump shrimp wrapped in a fragrant batter. It's a satisfying dish. Delivery is not as fast as at the Kyomachi store. Let's wait patiently until the soba arrives. For some reason, it seems difficult to order anything on the menu other than the chilled tanuki. . . There is no such strange “pressure”. In addition to soba, kishimen, various rice bowls, and chicken cutlets are also delicious. Apparently chicken rice is no longer on the menu. disappointing. . .
