Very tasty noodles dish!

I visited for lunch on a business trip with gourmet. After this, we are planning to do a gourmet tour, only Hegi soba. Hegi soba is a uniquely slippery soba that goes down smoothly, and you can finish the meal in no time. It was soba that I wanted to buy and take home. It was a feast.

I had Hegi soba using the time to transfer from the conventional line to the Shinkansen. The shop is located at the end of the first floor of the station building, and it took about 5 minutes to move smoothly to the Shinkansen platform after paying. The freshly fried tempura was crispy and delicious, and I enjoyed it with the slippery soba noodles.
