It was delicious meat sushi with a strong taste of meat! After eating Matsusaka beef sushi at another restaurant, I had it here, and it was on a whole other level of deliciousness! ! I had the Matsusaka beef nigiri (upper thigh). It was served on top of shrimp rice crackers. The meat is tender and flavorful, making you very satisfied.
