High-end Yakitori in Karuizawa. Course menu. The food is amazing and changes with the seasons. Wonderful wine selection and the staff are super friendly. Reservations recommended as this has become a very popular restaurant in Karuizawa.

Whatever I had was delicious. The calf in particular was plump and juicy. I felt like it took a lot of time and effort to prepare. The atmosphere was good as well. 9300 yen for the course Wine is available by the glass starting from 1200 yen.

A charcoal-grilled restaurant. The omakase course is done in one match. Whether the material is good or the pasteurization is good, this is also delicious. The seasonal small bowl dishes that are served in between are also uplifting, but the star of the meal is the yakitori. The general arranged some Japanese sake for us in a modern way. Also, according to the wine connoisseur next to the counter, it was amazing to see the wine in the cellar. I think there is a lot of atmosphere created by the customer base, but both in name and reality, the conversation is quietly lively in the elegant air of adults. Toridake world in 2 hours.
