A set of Kashiwa dipping soup udon and mini sauce cutlet bowl. You can choose between soba and udon, but since this is Joshu udon (^_^), I chose udon. It's a small and cute mini sauce cutlet bowl... There's plenty of rice in it, and the rice is delicious! It's a newbie. Sauce cutlet, too? ... Deep-fried fillet cutlet hot and crispy and covered with sauce... That's not enough, but what is this sauce? It's not just Worcestershire sauce, it's a delicious sauce with a Japanese twist...it's just delicious (´▽｀) And...best of all, it's cheap! In this day and age, with this content, you can get change for 1,000 yen! It was a refreshing lunch~

I tried it as Gunma's soul food. I had both the store and the bento. It was 80% full when I went around 11:15 on Saturday. There is a space between tables inside the store. There are 3 tables for 4 people and 4 tables for 2 people. After 11:30, it was full and lined up. We had a set meal with chicken and grilled meatballs with salt. The toriawase contains deep-fried thigh meat and chicken cutlet of breast meat. Deep-fried chicken is similar to Tatsuta-age, the batter is crispy and the meat is juicy and soft. The chicken cutlet is thick, soft and responsive. Cabbage is pretty big and I'm happy. The tsukune-yaki was excellent with the umami of the meat and the salt and pepper. I had Tori-meshi Matsushige for lunch. Bamboo seems to contain only breast meat, and pine contains both breast meat and thigh meat. The thigh meat is soft and juicy, and the breast meat is refreshing and the soy sauce is delicious. Above all, it was very delicious even if it was cold after a while. It seems that the local Gunma people are also familiar with it, but I thought it would be better if it became a national district like Kiyoken's Shiumai Bento in Kanagawa. For takeout, there are yakitori and fried chicken in addition to bento. The restaurant also has a wide variety of dishes, such as soba, oyakodon, one-person hot pot, and Makunouchi set meal, so you won't get tired of it no matter how many times you come. There are 31 stores in Gunma, 5 in Saitama, and 1 in Tochigi. We also have take-out stores inside the Shinkansen ticket gates at Takasaki Station, as well as roadside stations Tamamura and Fujioka. I came here while sightseeing at the Tomioka Silk Mill, and the location is good because it takes less than 5 minutes by car from the Tomioka Silk Mill. The right turn is a two-lane road with a median strip, so you can't enter the store unless you drive east from Nagano, not from Takasaki. The U-turn is a bypass road with high speed, so it is not recommended.
