I have been indebted many times when I travel to Utsunomiya. All dishes are delicious and cost performance is also good. Half-raw gizzards are especially recommended. delicious!

I was told by the receptionist that the head chef, who was supposed to be in the kitchen, was not allowed to enter if I had perfume on, so I couldn't even enter. Is it because your nose is so sensitive that you can't concentrate on cooking? If it rains pepper, you won't be able to cook because you won't be able to stop sneezing. It's amazing how much dedication you put into it. It must be a delicious dish. I would love to try it!
