I went to this restaurant alone because I was curious about it because I didn't have enough to drink. Perhaps it hasn't been long since it opened, but it's a small, stylish, and very clean place where you can enjoy a drink in peace and quiet. I was guided to the counter, ordered a draft beer, and had a drink first. I can't ignore this appetizer. The refreshing seasoning brings out the flavor of the vegetables. delicious. Next is the liver sauce. The liver is large, plump, sweet and delicious. However, personally, I prefer a slightly thicker sauce. Next is the regular meat green onion with salt. This is outstanding. The size, texture, and sweetness of the meat are unique to Nagoya Cochin, making it the yakiniku of the yakitori world. I definitely want you to eat this. To finish off our meal, we had a slightly spicy Nagoya Cochin mini curry and left the restaurant. Since they use Nagoya Cochin, I thought the yakitori was a bit expensive at 50 to 60 yen per piece. However, I recommend it because you can eat delicious food and drink delicious alcohol in a calm space, but personally I don't want it to become too popular.

I had the Nagoya Cochin Yakitori course with sparkling and Burgundy. Appetizer pickles are sour and appetizing, followed by salt-grilled yakitori. It changed from grilled vegetables as a palate cleanser to grilled sauce, and the sauce was light and refreshing. My preference is that the sauce should be a little thicker. It was delicious. The atmosphere in the store is calm, spacious and relaxing.
