Three of us used this service on the recommendation of a friend. Not only the yakitori but also the other dishes were exquisite. There were several types of alcoholic beverages that could only be drunk here, such as red wine-colored shochu, which I really enjoyed. It was 7000 yen per person, which seemed very reasonable considering the contents.

A hidden yakitori restaurant. It's a restaurant that serves stylish and time-consuming dishes at a low price, so much so that it would be a shame to call it a yakitori restaurant. There are only 8 seats at the counter, and the chef is in charge of cooking alone, so it is not suitable for large groups. The overall taste of the food is elegant. People who are used to the delicious taste of izakaya restaurants may find it unsatisfactory, but each item is made with care and is something that you want to enjoy slowly. Yakitori dishes are usually priced at 100 yen, and the meat is thick and delicious with no odor. The skin is once stewed and grilled in a soy sauce-based sauce. This process removes excess fat, adds flavor, and makes the meat softer, making it irresistible for skin lovers. However, it may not be good for people who don't like soft skin. Ginpi-niyaki is a collection of the shiny skin that comes from the preparation of gizzards. Since it is hard as it is, it requires the labor of simmering it in soy sauce with ginger for three hours and then grilling it over charcoal, which costs 300 yen, which is extremely cheap. Fresh fish ryukyu is a specialty of Oita. A dish made of several types of sashimi mixed with sauce and topped with egg yolk. It's like a fish version of Yukhoe. This is recommended. Another dish that you should definitely order is the owner's recommendation, the sautéed foie gras. There is no unpleasant odor, and the sauce, which is a mixture of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, is delicious. This costs 700 yen, which is definitely worth it. It may be difficult to enter at first glance due to its location, but definitely come.

This is my third time and there are always lots of regulars lol Personally, I think this restaurant has the best yakitori in Aizu. The master is very kind, the cooking utensils are kept clean, and the dishes are elaborate and delicious from the moment they are prepared, and they are also good value for money. I really only want to tell it to my close friends in a hidden place, but I'll write it down lol Thank you for running outside even when I forgot the parts for my smartphone cover and delivering them to me lol
