It was an elegant yakitori. I had a course meal, and I was not disappointed. Personally, the heart is not my favorite part, but the texture was so good that it was the first time I had it. To finish off, the dashi chazuke was served and it was also delicious. There is a repeat. You must bring your shoes with you twice. It's a little strange, but it might be good in terms of preventing loss.
