Kikugawa, Shizuoka, Japan｜鳥焼ビストロ Renge

We received an assortment of 7 kinds (2 servings), an assortment of 5 delicacies, and a cuppa. There were plenty of table seasonings, including miso sauce, ponzu sauce, salt sauce, Kyushu soy sauce, lemon sauce, salt, grated garlic, grated ginger, and chili oil. There seemed to be written tips for each method of grilling, and they even told me to call the store staff if I had any problems. I had a lot of fun grilling and seasoning it to my liking. There didn't seem to be any seasoning other than the spare ribs, so I basically used my favorite seasoning and sprinkled it on the meat just before grilling. The meat was made from the parent chicken, so it had a chewy texture and the flavor of chicken, and every part of it was very delicious. The cuppa was delicious with fluffy eggs and soup stock, and I was very satisfied. There were 12 types of bird parts this time, so each part had its own characteristics and there was a rich variety of seasonings, so it was a meal that you would never get tired of. I haven't completed the list of chicken parts yet, and there are other seasonings I'd like to try, so I'd like to ask again.

Everything was so delicious! ! I thought it was a very thorough restaurant with instructions on how to grill each piece of chicken. Fried chicken was super soft and great! I also really liked the taste of Dandan noodles! ! ! It was certainly not spicy and easy to eat. The sesame flavor was very good. The all-you-can-eat bean sprout namul was also delicious. I would like to visit again when I go to the Kikugawa area.

The grilled chicken, tandan noodles, and chicken sashimi were all delicious, and the staff was friendly, so I'm glad I went! ️
