You can eat any number of skewers with a lot of fat, such as the skin and bones, but the excess fat will be removed by charcoal grilling. ③Nagoya Cochin Tataki Perhaps because of the elasticity of the meat, Cochin feels tough when grilled on skewers (I have eaten Cochin skewers at other restaurants), but when seared, you can enjoy the elasticity of the Cochin and the delicious flavor of the meat and skin. I love that it comes with a variety of condiments. ★This menu takes a little time to prepare, so it's best to order first. You can also order the sauce, but we definitely recommend the salt, which allows you to appreciate the flavor of the meat. ★The inside of the store is clean and calm, so I think it's okay even for a single woman. I feel safe because the landlady will take care of it. ★Friday-Saturday weekends are especially popular, and skewers of rare parts sell out quickly, so the best time to buy them is early on weekdays from Monday to Thursday (especially Thursdays). Also, the cabbage miso appetizer is really delicious.
