The yakitori is charcoal-grilled, tender and juicy. Also, there are 13 types of meatballs, so it's fun to choose. The liver also has no smell and is delicious. This is a restaurant where you can thoroughly enjoy yakitori. From my personal experience, when it comes to restaurants that grill food over charcoal, either the fatty parts are burnt black and bitter, or the food is steamed and then only charred on the surface, so it's served very quickly. Either that or I thought it was normal for meatballs to not be delicious. However, Komachi-san's yakitori is so delicious that it defies my experience. The meatballs were fluffy and juicy, and the meat didn't have any strange seasonings, so it was so delicious that I wondered what I had been eating before. The chicken skin is cooked to such a degree that it wraps around the fat, and the chicken skin has a nice crunchy texture. As I've gotten older and become a bit of a nerd, my partner and I were chatting about nothing while waiting for the food to be baked, but I think I would have enjoyed it even more if I had been able to sip on some sake or shochu. The inside of the restaurant was small and there weren't many seats, and there was only one group of regular customers other than us, so it didn't seem like it was aimed at young people, so it was nice to be able to relax and concentrate on the yakitori (?). The atmosphere at the entrance of the restaurant seemed a little intimidating, and the man who cooked the food for me was not very friendly. '', but then I realized that they were particular about the food they provide to their customers, and that they never cut corners even if they were dealing with first-time customers. If you want to drink alcohol but don't like a lively izakaya, or if you're on your own, I think this restaurant is even more useful. Also, some other reviewers have said that the price may be a little high, but each skewer is incredibly satisfying, so I don't order in large quantities, so It cost less than 6000 yen for two people.
