This is the only place in Fuji where you can enjoy delicious Cochin! Can you just say that? It's a shop. My acquaintances in Nagoya also highly praised it. First, we ordered draft beer, five Cochin yakitori selections, liver sashimi, tataki, and Tsukimi meatballs, and the second alcoholic drink was sake. I happened to have a sparkling drink from Dassai, so I enjoyed it, but there are many other types of sake that you can enjoy as well. This is a Nagoya Cochin restaurant, and the homemade fried oysters are thinly battered and juicy. I visited again on another day, and not only the yakitori but also the horse sashimi was delicious, but on this day I also had the fatty sashimi! The best way to end your meal is with the ramen made by the chef, who serves only 5 meals a day!

In addition to the casual interior, the food is top-notch! A restaurant where everything from chicken sashimi to yakitori using fresh Cochin meat is delicious. Although there are many regular customers, it is a cozy shop with a deep heart that warmly welcomes new customers.
