I don't know to what extent this is common to all high-level yakitori restaurants, but I was impressed by the way they cut the chicken and the love they had for the ingredients, handling each part with care. In particular, it was my first time to eat the part at the base of the thigh called Soriresu. Normally, it would be a part of the thigh that would be processed as a whole, but the plump and elastic texture made it feel like it would be a waste to eat it with other parts of the thigh. . The spicy chicken salt ramen also had a very gentle taste. This probably has a lot to do with the location of Ashiya, but I saw multiple groups of female customers ordering only non-alcoholic drinks. There is no doubt that it is a casual atmosphere that is easy for women to enter, and alcohol is not required.

There are many menus for children, which was very good. Everyone ordered a salad with eggs on top, so I tried it. ◎

This was my first time using it as a family of three. The shop is located on the second floor and has a nice atmosphere. The place was also full of people with children and couples. The tulip-shaped fried chicken, as well as the skewers, were exquisite, and the children were happy to have them as a side dish with rice. I will use it again when I come to Ashiya.
