I've only been to Masaya's Mikage branch, but I can understand why it's always packed. It's reasonably priced, but each item is carefully prepared and delicious. I don't know how many times I've been there lol The staff and young people are courteous and well-trained. I feel it. Almost every time I go there, I always order the same menu: yakitori liver and meatballs. The edamame that sticks out is also sturdy. It’s my favorite lol
