I bought chicken skin, gizzard kimchi, and chicken sauce. The shop staff also taught me various ways to eat and responded kindly. I want to buy sashimi when I come again.

I visited at around 2:30pm after lunch time. For those eating in, the room was pitch black and no one was there. The chicken shop seemed to be busy with customers coming in all the time, so I asked if I could wait in line and wait my turn to eat in. They happily agreed and turned on the lights at the shop. Good~(๑´ㅂ`๑) Sensing the atmosphere of our first visit, the female staff member told us about the recommended menu and how to eat it. It seemed a bit blunt, but he seemed busy so I didn't feel bad about it. Ordered chicken tataki with Kei-chan. Kei-chan has a lot of offal, and the texture and taste change with each bite, making it fun! There was no odor at all. It was an exquisite salted plum sauce that I could eat as many as I wanted, but it was even more delicious when I stir-fried it with the garlic and seasonings that the staff taught me. Tataki is lightly grilled chicken with plenty of ginger. The meat was chewy and flavorful. The rice goes well in both cases🍚 I want a drink... In the end, I wanted to eat more, so I ordered neck meat + udon chan. Very delicious fried udon 💕 It seems like you can get extra sauce if you ask for it. I've come to love chicken even more because I can enjoy the different textures and flavors depending on the part. I would love to hear from you again. The best thing to do is to be strong enough not to worry about the store clerk's bluntness.
