A counter-only yakitori restaurant run by a relatively taciturn owner. Just because he's quiet doesn't mean he's unfriendly, it's more like he's a craftsman and does his work carefully. The main feature of this restaurant is the meatballs. Once you try the meatballs here, you'll know they're delicious! I mean, it's amazing! Noda. It looks like a gigantic hamburger steak, the meat juices come out sizzling, and it has just the right amount of crunch, making it a masterpiece. Besides the liver, the chicken fillet is also delicious. The offal stew is delicious, and I don't feel like they've cut corners in anything. Still, it's reasonably priced, so it's perfect for a casual meal. The Tsuruga area is a town for adults and old people, so it's not a place where young people can make a lot of noise, so it's nice to have a drink in a very calm atmosphere. I left the restaurant in a staggered manner, wondering how I had suddenly become the kind of old man who enjoys grabbing a drink at Tsuruga while feeling the blues tonight.

They serve each course one by one, so you can eat without worrying. When you sit at the counter, you can watch each piece being baked in front of your eyes. It's reasonably priced, carefully prepared, and delicious.

I've visited several times. All of them are large and the liver is very delicious. It doesn't matter what you eat. A single item requires two skewers, but a course requires only one skewer, so even one person can eat a variety of dishes. I have an image that there is always at least one group of regulars. Reasonable and very delicious. Recommended.
