This is hands-down the most delicious tonkatsu I have ever eaten in my entire life. Everything is prepared from scratch and to order. The pork cutlet is so tender that it melts in your mouth. There is simply no excuse to pass on this place.

This place takes tonkatsu, a fairly pedestrian dish, to glorious new heights. Using carefully selected pork, their perfect fry results in a dream-like mix of soft, juicy, porky goodness on the inside and light and crunchy outside. You don't know tonkatsu without trying this place.

A restaurant where you can eat rare bone-in tonkatsu. There are two types of sauces, but it's best to eat the tonkatsu with the special yuzu pepper. The meat is thick and filling. Free refills on rice, miso soup, and cabbage. The cabbage dressing was also delicious. The price is a little high, but I'm satisfied. It wasn't greasy and had a smooth texture.
