Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜Tonkatsu Shiba

One of the best tonkastu set that I've test. The meat is juicy but not fat. On top of that it's really crispy. I also had sides like rice, pickles and a miso soup ( literally one of the best for me). It was really delicious. I paid 1880¥ for the set. It's totally worth it. Only few seat so you would wait a little during rush hours. The menue is in japanese and the staff barely speak english. It's more like a local hidden gem.

A cosy Tonkatsu in the area. Serve excellent cook-to-order deep fried pork and seafood combo. The prawn is recommended. The shop opens at 11am and we were the first customers at 11:20am. There are limited seats and there was a queue when we finished. The issue is the menu price has gone up in March due to inflation.

The pork chop is juicy and crispy. Many office workers around here come to eat it. recommend!
