This is a tonkatsu restaurant located on the 8th floor restaurant area of ​​Tachikawa Isetan. It's a national chain, so many people are probably familiar with it. This time I visited on a Sunday around noon, and there were only two groups waiting. The reason I wrote ``about'' is because this store doesn't have a ``If you are waiting, please write your name'' board at the front of the store. If you're used to shopping malls, it might feel inconvenient to not be able to keep track of the number of people in the store, but on the other hand, it may be a sign that they don't want to leave out their personal information. Also, although the store seems to be busy, the staff will be at the entrance right away, so you can see that they are always keeping an eye on the entrance. The spirit of welcoming and grateful hospitality, where everything is done through the hands of people, is visible everywhere. There are only a few people working inside, and you may have to wait sometimes, but there are no part-time workers standing around blankly, and the customer service is very pleasant. We take care of children and have a wide selection of children's sets, so children can enjoy their meals with satisfaction. As for the taste, it goes without saying that it's from Kazuyuki, a long-established tonkatsu restaurant. Juicy pork wrapped in a fragrant batter. A sauce with a rich flavor that rivals that. When you get free refills of cabbage, you can't help but eat one cup just to enjoy the sauce, and another with the refreshing and delicious yuzu dressing.
