Hidaka, Saitama, Japan｜Katsuya

Katsuya has a consistent taste no matter where you eat it. The inside of this store is a little larger, which is nice.

I'm not a gourmet, but I ended up only eating katsudon (plum) here. There are probably many cutlet bowls that are better than this one, but if you have ``Katsuya no Katsudon,'' you can't ask for anything better. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness, and the onions and beaten eggs go well together. It's always delicious.

I often go to Hannoten and Coco. I definitely feel that things are better here! Is there a difference in the performance of the fryer? Is it because it's under direct control of Katsuya's main force? I don't know much about it, but the katsuya here is delicious and I highly recommend it.
