Ramen (seaweed topping) rice When I saw pictures of other people's ramen, I thought it was a Jiro-inspired type of ramen, but the somewhat clear soup, the choice and amount of vegetables, and the feeling of back fat floating in the soup could be interpreted as a back fat chacha type. The toppings, such as chopped garlic, grated ginger, and extra vegetables, give it a Jiro-style feel, but there is no oil or karame. Another feature of this ramen is that it comes with braised pork with a strong star anise aroma. But what do you think? It's delicious, but some people may feel that it doesn't go well with this ramen because it was a strong braised braised dish. I had the kakuni on rice. I think it tastes better when you eat the pork with the noodles and soup as a whole. I ordered a regular size rice, but I was given a lot. I think I'll order half rice next time. Fish meal is also available as a tabletop seasoning, so it can be used to change the taste. You can park 4 cars in the parking lot next to the store, but if it's full, you can get a 100 yen discount if you park in a nearby coin parking lot. That's great service. 3rd visit today. I just realized I haven't posted yet.. Tokyo Miso Tonkatsu in Hachioji City. On the first day, I had beef tendon cutlet curry at the 3rd anniversary event. The streaks were soft and simmered, and the batter was crispy and voluminous ❣️ On the second day, I had the store name "Tokyo Miso Tonkatsu" loin. The miso flavor I ate for the first time was really delicious. Because it was Shinshu miso, it was very mild and easy to eat. 🍚Free refills, I had 2 bowls and my husband had 3 bowls😋We were full until night~ And today, my husband chose "Mizore Tonkatsu", the same as last time, which I wanted to try. A style in which tonkatsu is dipped in a soup made from bonito stock, wild vegetables and grated daikon radish, with ginger added. The refreshing texture and ginger worked well and warmed my body ☺️ There are 4 parking lots🅿️ It is a shop I want to go to from now on ⭐️⭐️⭐️
