More Comments at Google MapThis is a newly opened tonkatsu restaurant. I visited around noon on a holiday, and although it was empty at first, it was full by 1:00 p.m. It's a new store, so it's stylish and clean. The basic pork cutlet set meal is all you need, and you can choose from loin, ribs, fillet, etc. This time I had the top rib roast and set meal. It takes some time because it is fried slowly at a low temperature. Because it was cooked at a low temperature, the inside was rare, and the rib roast was very juicy and delicious! Recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic pork cutlet in Tachikawa.
The last time I went there for lunch, there was a line and I was told that I didn't know when I would be able to get in, so I gave up in tears, but when I finished work and tried again after 6pm, I was able to get in this time! Maybe it's because they just opened, but everything in the store isn't sticky and doesn't smell like oil at all. I was also very happy that my clothes didn't get smelly! Fried food restaurants will definitely leave a smell on your clothes... This time I ordered 200g of rib roast. Juicy and tender meat with a light batter and sweet pork flavor, pork soup that comes with unlimited refills, and thinly shredded cabbage that are easy to eat without making a mess! (There's a lot of cabbage lol) The refreshing taste of the pickles was also great, and I was very happy with the thoughtfulness of being served oolong tea (you could choose iced or hot). The recommended way to eat it is with salt and wasabi. Once again, I could feel the natural sweetness of pork and it was very delicious! As a side note, the glass of the draft beer was thin and I felt that the taste of the beer was enhanced even more. It was definitely malts! I think some people may think it's expensive considering it's just over 2,000 yen for one meal, but the staff were cheerful and cheerful, and I was very satisfied with the delicious tonkatsu and beer. I will go again!
Since it was my first visit, I tried the top loin cutlet set meal for 2,300 yen. The tonkatsu was delicious and you could feel the staff's careful work.
