North exit of Tachikawa Station. The store is right next to the bus rotary. It was quite late, and for some reason I had skipped lunch. In that case, I decided to leave it to my hunger and order the double loin cutlet set meal. Two pieces of pork cutlet is strangely luxurious from the looks of it. Now, loin cutlet. A lot of Japanese mustard, first bite. It's crispy fried. Meat is soft and less fatty. The sauce is also good. The taste is very good. The quality with excellent stability is as expected. Thanks to you, I was able to fill my stomach and feel satisfied. It was a feast this time.

It's been a while since I last visited Katsuya, but it was a safe shop where I could feel the staff's attentiveness. Is it up to the clerk? The atmosphere of the store can change completely depending on the person in charge of the cash register. It was fresh.
