I happened to go to Tobitakyu, so I came to the store. The original miso loin cutlet was recommended, so I had it. The meat is soft with a crispy texture. It doesn't have the intensity when eaten with sauce, but the umami punch doesn't stop. The pickles and miso soup were also very suitable for tonkatsu. In addition, I think that I want to eat.

It was a tonkatsu restaurant that I happened to find while passing by. I tried it because Misoro Tsukatsu is recommended. It was completely different from the image of miso cutlet in Nagoya. I don't really like miso cutlet in Nagoya because it's sweet, but this one was completely different. It was delicious.

That's what I thought at first, but he talked to me in a friendly manner and the atmosphere calmed down. It seems to be a family business with the owner's mother. It felt like home. Of course the food was delicious! This is a store I would like to visit again when I come to Tokyo. Next time, the owner recommends I'm going to eat "Miso loin cutlet".
