My impression when I entered the store was very good. From the west exit of Yanasegawa Station, you can see the entrance of the arcade (?) written as "Pearmore" on the left front. If you walk for about 1-2 minutes from there, you will see the signboard of "Tonkatsu Hinohara" on the right side. As you can see from the reviews of other people, there are people who come all the way to visit this store. I think it's worth it too. It was delicious. It was a feast.
