Looks great, tastes better. Though simple, every part of the set meal is exquisite. The fruity salad dressing adds a zest to the fresh cabbage. The pickled sides compliment the rice perfectly, especially the smoky iburigako. Of the two basic cuts, the rose cut is a melt-in-your-mouth guaranteed smile, and the fillet is slightly firmer and tastier. The only criticism is the cramped decor, which has been made as bright as possible. A tonkatsu treat!

I had a sensitive stomach and avoided cutlet, but my husband recommended it so I ordered it. I was surprised at how delicious it was! Perhaps because the coating is crispy and the meat's fat is sweet, it goes well with salt. Before I knew it, I had eaten it all♪ Even though it was a loin cutlet, it didn't make my stomach feel heavy, and the lychee tea had a nice aftertaste and was refreshing. Thank you for the meal! I met the most delicious tonkatsu of my life 😆 This is Tonkatsu Pork in the Daitokyo Market in Fuchu. This is a pork cutlet specialty store that sells many brands of pork. When I entered the store, the owner carefully explained the recommended brand of pork, but as an ordinary person, I ordered the lowest priced market loin cutlet set for 1,200 yen and the exquisite mini minced meat cutlet for 200 yen. After paying in advance, we will meet you in a few minutes. Grind the rock salt on the table into two types of saucers, one for salt and one for sauce, then pour the special dressing over the cabbage🙏 The meat juices seep out from the cross section of the cutlet, which is wrapped in a light batter. The sweetness of the fatty meat and the moist deliciousness of the red meat are irresistible. The careful selection of ingredients and cooking techniques are amazing. The Worcestershire sauce is also spicy and delicious, but this is the first time I've had a cutlet with so much salt.
