If you are living nearby, definitely worth a visit. Love this place. I recommend the “menchi-katsu croquet” - it’s ground beef and deep fried breaded potatoes. Delish but you have to use the brown katsu sauce. The older gentleman who owns the place is quite chillax, he won’t be getting up and guiding you to your seat, he probably won’t even stand up if you walk in, but I love it. It’s like his home and he doesn’t mind where you sit or what you order. I wouldn’t travel here to eat, if you live far away, but if you live nearby definitely the best (and the only) tonkatsu place in nishi-magome. **No English here so if you can’t speak Japanese just order what I recommended above and get yourself a “nama beer” to relax.
