I ordered the loin cutlet set meal, which is only available on weekdays during the day, and they asked for my order in advance, so it was served immediately. This is from the cypress series, which is recommended to be eaten with rock salt, and of course there is a lot of rock salt in it. The cutlet is carefully fried at a low temperature, giving it a slightly pink color and sweet gravy. It's addictive and delicious. We also recommend this when the main store is crowded or you want to order a different menu!

I went before 7pm on a weekday and was able to get in without lining up. I ordered the finest loin cutlet and ginger grilled pork belly. The finest loin is thickly cut, the fat is sweet, and the meat is fried to just the edge of pink, giving it the best texture. The batter also stands out and the crunchy texture progresses. The sauce was a little salty, but it was very delicious. I wonder if it was homemade. The ginger-yaki pork is not overcooked and is just barely cooked, so you can enjoy the juicy and plump texture. The sauce had a slight scent of spices, so it was a little different from the ginger grilled lunch box. You can choose between brown rice and white rice. I've always been interested in the store, but I couldn't go because of the long line, so I'm glad they're opening more stores. I was lucky that the restaurant had just opened, so I was able to eat freshly fried food prepared by President Maruyama himself.

I went to the Kamata East Exit branch of ``Rin Shokudo'' which had its grand opening on August 28, 2023. I arrived 25 minutes before the store opened, and there was no one in line, as the announcement hadn't gone out yet. A female staff member came out and said, ``We know your turn, so please wait in a cool, shaded area.'' In his usual style, he came to take our order before the store opened. It seems that the ``Special Loin Katsu Set Meal'' and ``Ginger Grilled Rib Loin'' (single items) were suddenly added to the menu today. I took a seat at the end of the counter and looked around the store. It seems that President Maruyama will fry my cutlet. I had a short talk with President Maruyama. They talked about various things, such as opening a new store in Ginza 4-chome and their plans to change the type of pork from Hayashi SPF. I've been to Inno many times, but this is the first time I've had tonkatsu fried by Mr. Maruyama himself, so I was nervous when the tonkatsu came out. The president's pork cutlet is well-coated, the inside is rare and juicy, and the fat is sweet and deliciously beautiful. For rice, you can choose between white rice or brown rice. I ordered a large bowl of brown rice. My brother and I ordered a single serving of ``Rib Roast with Ginger,'' but we had to divide it between two plates. The ginger grilled meat was not too spicy, but the rib roast was very tender and surprisingly delicious. The soup is pork soup with a lot of ingredients, and the pork soup here seems to have a particularly large amount of ingredients. I had a wonderful lunch today.
