Tama, Tokyo, Japan｜Murakami's Pork Cutlet

Upper low pork cutlet I ever had. Might be a little bit expensive but it's worth the price. Once it goes into your mouth it's one of those anime where the meat just dissolved. And miso was also really good but a little bit different from what I know. It has slimy things in it but some might not like it but you have to try it too.

I went for lunch on a weekday. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded at all. I came here on the recommendation of my companion. As everyone said, the tonkatsu was delicious. I ordered 190g of loin (for me) and loin and curry (for my companion). Although it was a curry, it was good that it wasn't covered in roux so as not to spoil the crispness of the batter. I thought it might be a little spicy for someone like me who likes sweets, but it was still edible. I mean, it's amazing that you get curry for an extra 100 yen... The pork cutlet was delicious served with moshio. Not only the main pork cutlet, but also the white rice and miso soup were delicious! ! I don't like miso soup, but I wanted to drink as many cups as I could! ! However, since I was a small eater, I should have made the pork cutlet half 100g...! ────── The atmosphere inside the store was very nice. I like the modern, simple and streamlined feel. The store itself may be new, but the inside of the counter was also very clean. Also, I felt that the conversations between the staff members were very considerate of us customers. It seemed like the necessary interactions were carried out in whispers. Personally, I was very impressed with the way the staff chatted with each other at other restaurants, as I'm often concerned about how they talk to each other. It was a shop where I was highly satisfied with everything! ! It's a shame that it's in Karakida, but I'm grateful that it's here... I will definitely repeat it again!

Opposite the Komeda parking lot in Karakida. Before I knew it, it was done. I was hesitant to go there because it's a high class restaurant, but I decided to take the plunge and visit. I ordered the most expensive item on the menu. What on earth was the pork loin cutlet I've eaten so far? It was so delicious that you can't believe it. The fat feels like it's melting. The lean part was also lightly fried, which was amazing. It was a set meal that was worth more than the price. However, it's not cheap enough that I can go there very often, so I'd like to visit again when I have more money in my wallet.
