Nakano City, Tokyo, Japan｜Tonkatsushinjukusaboten Nakanomaruiten

One of my favourite places for Tonkatsu. Not because its the very best from service or taste but because it serves consistent quality. Dont get me wrong though the taste is good and especially the temperature of the meat. But just not quite refreshing to me as in a small Tonkatsu Shop. But literally you can go at any time of the day and they will serve you the same piece of perfectly fried Tonkatsu. Good amount of Cabbage as well before the main course and all in all you would only pay 1500Yen for Tonkatsu from the Filet (big portion) and still get the whole set. Around Nakano that is normally 1300Yen in small shops. But yea there is always a chance of having a miss there when its full. PS: I recommend Katsukin in ShinNakano! Operated by one old man in the kitchen its a dream come true for Tonkatsu lovers.

Very tasty

It was lunch time, but it wasn't crowded, so we were shown right away, and the staff was very friendly! I'm also happy that cabbage and rice can be refilled 👍
