This place specializes on katsu. We ordered chicken-katsu and kare-tonkatsu. As usual, there is a salad on the side but their salad tasted good with fresh vegetables. I don't usually like potato salad but here it was nice. Their miso soup had a good amount of clam meat which I appreciated. Usually when you also think of katsu restaurants, the image would be big portions of katsu. In this resto, it's not so. Their meals were made with more quality than quantity. Meat was tender and easy to eat. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, very traditional Japanese interior. Even the music was peaceful instrumentals. I didn't feel the need to rush in eating. Their lunch menu is 1,000 yen which includes salad and miso soup. Rice and salad cabbage is unlimited refill. We enjoyed our meal here and would visit again!
