Simply the best. If you've never had tonkatsu, or have and weren't impressed, this will take you to another level of Tonkatsu-ness. First time I've tried tonkatsu in wasabi soy sauce, but with the delicate textures of the meat and how it's fried, it's actually not heavy or "oily" at all. Both the Filet and the Loin are a different enjoyment so if you can't decide there is a menu where you can have both worlds. If haven't experienced the Tonkatsu culture in Japan you can get additional servings of lettuce and rice. If in Tokyo, you've got to visit this restaurant!
