The tonkatsu, prawn as well as the kaki is very light and cruchy. They do not leave a bad burnt aftertaste you often experience in eating fried foods. And all these thanks to the rice bran oil they use to fry. I love the slice Cabbage salad too. It is sliced so thinly and so cold and crunchy. The manager said they use a very expensive machine ceramic slicer. No wonder ! It is one of the best tonkatsu I have tried. I was so happy eating that I forgot to take pictures!
