Matsudo, Chiba, Japan｜Wakomatsudonishiguchiten

Although the time was relatively early and the meal ended at 9pm, the depth of flavor was reminiscent of a long-established chain restaurant, so I was satisfied. In particular, the loin cutlet katsudon was quite good.

This is Kazuyuki Matsudo store. Personally, I use Kazuyuki as my criteria when choosing a tonkatsu restaurant. Is it delicious compared to Kazuyuki, is it more expensive or cheaper, is the service better, etc. I wouldn't go so far as to say that the quality has improved year by year, but if you notice it, I think it's still a chain store that is improving little by little over time. This time I ordered the Double Wako Gohan, and it was overwhelmingly filling and extremely satisfying. Of course, it's not about the quantity but the satisfaction of the taste. There are so many tonkatsu restaurants in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but I wonder how many of them are of a higher quality than Kazuyuki. I was satisfied this time too.

I saw it online and went there for a weekday dinner🚙💨 Park at the west exit basement 🅿️ and walk for about 3 minutes. It's close. The interior and exterior of the store are bright and beautiful✨ The number of customers around 18:00 was about 10% of the capacity, and it was very empty. I was guided to a table and ordered ``loin cutlet rice ¥1330'' and ``fin cutlet rice ¥1430'' from the menu. Waiting time is about 10 minutes⏳ The table that was brought to me was shiny🍚✨ Freshly fried pork cutlet🥩 etc. Free refills of rice, cabbage, and miso soup 👌 The rice was delicious, not too soft and not too hard. The pork cutlet meat, both loin and fillet, was tender and delicious. The staff's customer service 💮 I think this is a good cost performance for less than ¥1500 👍 Until I went there, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal since it's a chain pork cutlet restaurant after all, but I was disappointed in a good way 🙌 This is a restaurant I would like to visit again if I have a chance and can recommend it 😋
