It seems that Tonkatsu is not currently handling Iwanaka pork, which was expected, and Imo pork is recommended. This time I chose the loin, but it was very delicious with a gentle sweetness of the meat. In addition, the fried condition was excellent, and the clothes were soft but crispy, and unexpectedly, the tonkatsu at the very end was especially crispy and delicious. I changed to a rice set and mushroom rice without worrying about it when ordering, but when I checked the menu because I felt something was expensive, the rice set was 570 yen, which is expensive. However, the red dashi soup was delicious, which is rare at a tonkatsu restaurant, and there was a warm and delicious tea service at the end, so I was totally satisfied. It is a shop that I would like to visit again. Also, there are only about 3 table seats due to corona measures, so it seemed good to go early.
