Entered the store at 11:35 on Monday. The store has a capacity of about 15 people including the counter and tables. There were already two solo customers like me, so I took a table for two. I believe it is privately run, but it is small in a good way, and those who seemed to be regular customers were chatting with the owner and landlady. Everything is laid out on the table within 10 minutes of entering the store. I ordered set B, but was told it was a fillet cutlet and pork cutlet set. The batter is freshly fried, so it's crispy and fluffy, and the meat is sweet and juicy. Now this price is cheap, too cheap. If it's in Tokyo, it will probably cost around 1,500 to 2,000 yen. The cabbage seems to have been shredded by the owner himself, not finely shredded like it was cut by a machine, but roughly shredded like it was cut by hand. Personally, I'm a bit disappointed that only the sauce is poured over the cabbage. I left the restaurant after 12:00, but by that time it was busy with customers occupying every table.
