A restaurant with 7 counter seats that serves several types of branded pork tonkatsu. This time, I received 160g of Hokkaido Kamikomi Pork Tonkatsu for 2,840 yen. The slightly pink flesh is elastic from the beginning to the end of the bite, but it has a texture that sinks into your teeth like a high-quality ham, and the meat itself is sweet and juicy, not just the fat. Although the batter was cooked at a low temperature, it still had a crispy texture, and the tonkatsu was pleasant with a light aftertaste.
