I went to "Yamakatsu" Totsukana store. “Yamakatsu” is a tonkatsu restaurant in the Senzan group, and the prices are slightly lower than “Katsuizumi”. In addition, the set meal only comes with white rice and one type of miso soup, but cabbage and rice can be refilled freely, and miso soup can be refilled once. I ordered a healthy aged pork (white pork) "Torohire Katsu set meal" that I don't always eat at "Katsusen". A female staff member politely asked me how much rice and cabbage to order. After a while, "Torohirekatsu" was brought. It seems that the bonito is thick and a little rare and fried at a low temperature. I was told that it was recommended to eat olive oil and rose salt with the cutlet. However, the katsu is seasoned well, so if you add rose salt, it will be salty.
