Tonkatsu is pretty good. If you want to eat delicious tonkatsu near Azamino, go here. There are few staff (including one-off surgery), so it takes time for the food to come out. But it's delicious so it's ok. It would be nice to write a word "it takes time" at the storefront. The price is moderately high. But if you want to make delicious things properly, you'll do this much. It is an acceptable price. I will go again.

I don't know about the Yamagata pork cutlet and rice, but the rice is delicious. Loin cutlet is the safest thing to eat.
