I went to Chohachi, a pork cutlet and Japanese restaurant, for a late dinner. When I arrived at the store around 8:30 pm, there were about 40% of customers in the store. I've known about Chohachi for decades as a 24-hour Waraji Katsu restaurant, but this was my first time entering the store. Chohachi seems to use domestically produced SPF pork. I was taken to a counter seat, looked at the menu, and ordered the ``upper loin cutlet set meal'' and the individual ``kushikatsu.'' If you order a set meal at Chohachi, you can get free refills of rice, cabbage, and miso soup. After a while, ``loin cutlet'' and ``kushikatsu'' were brought out along with rice, miso soup, and takuan. First, put the sauce on the cabbage and eat it. The cabbage is fresh and shredded, and the sauce is spicy. The miso soup is delicious with red miso made from red sea bream and a strong dashi stock. The ``kushikatsu'' was packed tightly, but the meat was soft and delicious for only ¥300. The main dish, the ``upper loin cutlet,'' is thick and has quite a bit of fat, and the flavor is strong, and the fat is sweet and delicious. It turned out to be a pretty good dinner. The store has been relocated, so it's clean, and the elderly woman in the hall was very nice. The craftsmen at the boardwalk also greeted me pleasantly. The price of each dish seems to be about 300 to 500 yen high, but this is a restaurant with 24-hour staff and freshly prepared food even though it's not a chain restaurant. I was acutely aware that there was nothing I could do about it. “Chohachi” is a great store! ️

Enjoy delicious food and drinks 24 hours a day. The seats are clean and spacious. The toilet is as gorgeous as a high-end department store. The tall staff member who was in charge during the night was so kind and efficient that it was awesome✨
