You won't believe Matsunoya's predecessor was Matsuya, and you can feel the commitment to various dishes. In particular, the carrot dressing, which is lined up with the condiments on the table such as soy sauce and sauce, is incredibly delicious and I am hooked. It is standard to eat it over shredded cabbage, but it is an excellent dish that enhances the taste of any food without disturbing fried food.
