The meat is quite tender and the fat is very sweet and delicious. The miso soup is made with red dashi. The garnished pickles are also light and very delicious. The owner of the kitchen is very friendly and helpful, and the ladies in the hall are also very considerate. Although the location is not very good, I was convinced that it was highly rated by many reviews. By the way, the katsu is very delicious, so I'm thinking of making it again from now on.
