A very quiet store. I thought I'd try the simmered fillet cutlet on rice, but I tried tataki tonkatsu instead. I am the only customer. It carries a chunk of meat on its back and cuts a single piece of meat. After that, lightly toast both sides, dip in the egg and bread crumbs, and slowly start frying. Slowly and enthusiastically fry the tonkatsu. The tonkatsu is cut into pieces and topped with a large amount of grated daikon radish, ginger, and perilla shiso to complete the seared tonkatsu. It has a crispy batter and tender meat. I ate the tonkatsu at the end with sauce. rice, eh? But I don't mind because the tonkatsu is delicious. After all, let's eat fillet boiled katsudon next.
