I go to Katsuya once a week and it's always great. Starting today, Gapao bowl is now available for a limited time only. Katsuya's limited-time menu is wonderful because it feels like it speaks about Katsuya's company culture. This gapao bowl is still better. (It's a bit spicy) I usually choose the combination of dishes and the quantity. It's a level that makes you think, Wow, aren't you an idiot? But I love Katsuya like that.

I ordered katsudon. I'm happy with how it turned out. We had delicious. The atmosphere of the store was good, probably because it wasn't crowded yet. The staff at the store are in good spirits and I will stop by again when I'm in the area.
