This is your standard tonkatsu restaurant Saboten what is the chain that can be found at many large stations throughout Japan. Add the sauce to the sesame seeds ground in a mortar and enjoy the tonkatsu. Rock salt is also next to the sauce pot, so you can use it as you like. Tonkatsu doesn't have a lot of fat even if it's a loin, so even someone like me who loves fillet can enjoy it. The fillet cutlet is cut into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat. The overall impression is that it has been fried to a crisp, and since it comes out on a wire rack, I'm glad that it doesn't get soggy with oil or water until the end. There are two types of cabbage dressing: sesame dressing and yuzu dressing, so you can enjoy each. The side dish of yuzu radish is also quite good, and I wish it was sold separately. I would like you to consider selling it.
