Asaka, Saitama, Japan｜Katsuya

I came to Asaka today. I wanted to eat katsuya katsudon in the morning. However, when I sat down and looked at the menu, On a whim, I ordered the sauce cutlet bowl. Having only eaten the standard katsudon at Katsuya, I feel like I've gone on a bit of an adventure, but this adventure is no small feat. I ordered the sauce cutlet bowl by chance, but it was very delicious. The sweet and light sauce goes well with rice and cabbage. If this deliciousness spreads more widely around the world, There will be a huge crowd of people. It was an unexpected sauce cutlet bowl in Asaka.

Crispy tonkatsu that is as good as high-end restaurants, sweet eggs, onions, and authentic spices (medium spicy) go well together. Katsudon is even better with pork soup (small 130 yen). And the cutlet bowl (plum) is about 500 yen, and the cutlet curry is about 700 yen, which is excellent cost performance. If you use a discount coupon (100 yen discount for cutlet bowl, cutlet curry, and set meal), it's even better. Also, I'm not good at vegetables, but the shredded cabbage here has no bitter taste and is fresh and easy to eat.
